As Director of Organizational Change Management n the financial services industry, Carrie channels her passion for turning strategy into impact by leading initiatives that fuel growth for transformation. She designs and implements strategies that drive performance and empower employees to navigate change, grow, and thrive in ever-evolving environments.

In addition to her leadership role, Carrie serves as a transformation coach, specializing in career and life transition. She empowers clients to align their authentic talents and core human values with fulfilling careers, helping them design their days with powerful alignment.

Certified in Change Management, and Mediation, Carrie brings a wealth of expertise in managing complex changes. Carrie holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of the Incarnate Word and a Bachelor’s degree in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland. She views adaptability as an essential skill that enables organizations and individuals to not only survive but flourish through change. Her personal and professional experiences have shaped her leadership and coaching approach, which she now shares to help others build their own resilience and strength.
