Partner with the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series and help bring distinguished executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders to St. Mary’s University and the greater San Antonio community. Sponsorships support scholarships for Management majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track while providing meaningful visibility and engagement opportunities throughout the series.
WHY SPONSOR?
TITLE SPONSOR – $15,000
Limited to one sponsor. Sponsorship Includes:
- Two center front tables of 10 seats each at all four Forum events, for a total of 80 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series.
- One Sponsor Engagement Opportunity at each of the four Forum events to share company materials. Materials must be pre-approved.
- Cross-platform media recognition:
- 1 sponsor highlight video featured on the event website and/or platform.
- 1 LinkedIn spotlight Post and one Instagram Spotlight Post.
- Logo exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
- Logo exposure on post-event surveys sent to all attendees across all four-event Forum series.
- A scholarship check presentation during the Forum series.
- The opportunity to provide a brief Sponsor Spotlight Address during each Forum event.
- One invitation for one guest to attend a private dinner with the featured speaker before each of the four Forum events. Based on speaker availability.
DIAMOND PLUS SPONSOR – $10,000
Sponsorship Includes:
- Preferred seating of 10 seats at each Forum event, for a total of 40 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series.
- One Sponsor Engagement Opportunity to share company materials at two Forum events of the sponsor’s choice. Materials must be pre-approved.
- Provides a $3,000 one-time incoming freshman entrepreneurship scholarship.
- Cross-platform media recognition:
- 1 LinkedIn Highlight Post and 1 Instagram Highlight Post.
- Logo exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
- Two invitation for two guests to attend a private dinner with the featured speaker before each of the two Forum events. Based on speaker availability.
DIAMOND SPONSOR – $7,500
Sponsorship includes:
- Preferred seating of 10 seats at each Forum event, for a total of 40 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series.
- One Sponsor Engagement Opportunity to share company materials at one Forum event of the sponsor’s choice. Materials must be pre-approved.
- One Sponsor Seat Drop Opportunity to place pre-approved sponsor material at each attendee seat before the program begins at each Forum event.
- Logo exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
- One invitation for one guest to attend a private dinner with the featured speaker before one Forum event. Based on speaker availability.
PLATINUM SPONSOR – $6,000
Sponsorship includes:
- Seating for 10 guests at one shared table at each Forum event, for a total of 40 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series (the remaining two seats at the table will be assigned by the Forum host for each event.)
- Includes logo exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
GOLD SPONSOR – $4,500
Sponsorship includes:
- Seating for 8 guests at one shared table at each Forum event, for a total of 32 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series (the remaining four seats at the table will be assigned by the Forum host for each event.)
- Name exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
SILVER SPONSOR – $2,500
- Seating for 4 guests at one shared table at each Forum event, for a total of 16 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series (the remaining seven seats at the table will be assigned by the Forum host for each event.)
- Name exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.
NON-PROFIT SPONSOR – $1,000
- Seating for 2 guests at each Forum event, for a total of 8 sponsor seats across the four-event Forum series (seats will be placed together in the best available location, based on event seating availability.)
- Name exposure on event marketing materials, including digital and physical materials, as applicable.

FRIENDS OF THE FORUM – $2,500 +
Friends of the Forum is a special giving opportunity that supports scholarships and enhanced learning experiences for St. Mary's University students in the Management majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track through the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series. Your optional gift will provide additional support for scholarships and student learning opportunities connected to the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series.

HIGH SCHOOL TABLE SPONSOR – $1,300
High School Table Sponsor is a special giving opportunity that supports enhanced learning experiences for Management majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track through the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series.
Provide 10 high school students with the opportunity to attend a Forum event and connect with the St. Mary’s business community!
E&I EXPERIENCE FUND – $50 +
Provides support for business tours, special programming, mentoring opportunities, and enhanced learning experiences that help students in Management with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track connect classroom learning with real-world business exposure.
