What is the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series?

The Forum on Entrepreneurship Series brings St. Mary's students, high school students, university leaders, alumni, sponsors, and the greater San Antonio community together for meaningful conversations with distinguished executives, entrepreneurs, and business leaders.

How do I register for an event?

Please visit the Register page and select the event and registration type that applies to you. Registration options are available for St. Mary’s students and employees, individual paid attendees, sponsors, and high school attendees.

How do I become a sponsor?

Please visit the Become Our Sponsor page to review sponsorship opportunities and select the package that best fits your organization. Sponsorships support scholarships and enhanced learning experiences for Management student majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track.

When do I need to register?

To help ensure space is available, all attendees are encouraged to register no later than two weeks before each event. Seating is limited, and late registration may not always be available. If plans change, attendee substitutions are welcome prior to the event.

How do existing sponsors submit attendee names?

Existing sponsors should visit the Register page and select "Sponsor Event Registration" then make the appropriate selections.

What is the cost for an individual walk-in attendee?

Individual walk-in registration is $130 per event.

Can sponsors update attendee names later?

Yes. Sponsors may submit or update attendee names closer to each event as needed by logging in, and clicking "Modify" event registration details.

Do students and employees attend free?

Yes. St. Mary's students and employees may attend at no cost when registering through the "Students / STMU Employees" on the Register page.

How are sponsor funds used?

Sponsorship funds help support scholarships and enhanced learning experiences for management student majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track at St. Mary’s University, while also sustaining the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series.

How do St. Mary's students and employees register?

St. Mary’s students and employees should visit the Register page and select the "Students / STMU Employees" button.

What is Friends of the Forum?

Friends of the Forum is a special giving opportunity that supports scholarships and enhances learning experiences for students in the Management major at St. Mary’s University in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track through the Forum on Entrepreneurship Series.

How do high school attendees register?

High school attendees should visit the Register page and select "High School" then make the appropriate selections.

How do I share dietary restrictions or accessibility requests?

Please note any dietary restrictions or accessibility needs during the registration process. We will accommodate dietary needs to the best of our ability. Breakfast is served buffet style, so options may be limited. For venue-specific accessibility accommodations, attendees are encouraged to contact the venue directly.

The series is open to St. Mary's students and employees, sponsors, alumni, community members, business professionals, and invited high school attendees.

Each event is scheduled to be held at The Witte Museum, Dawson Family Hall, unless otherwise announced/updated.

You can register at the same time for all events, but registration needs to be completed for each event. You should receive a confirmation showing which events you registered for. If it doesn't specific what you thought you registered for, please email forum@stmarytx.edu that same day.  Thank you.

If you need to update your registration, please login to your account and select, "Modify" and modify your registration by updating what you would like to do with your event.  If you can't remember your password just simply reset it.  You can also go to your confirmation email and log in that way.  If you still have trouble, please email forum@stmarytx.edu for assistance.  Thank you.

Yes. A confirmation email will be sent after your registration is completed. Please do not delete this email in case you'd like to "Modify" your registration later.

Yes. If you are unable to attend one of the events and would like to inquire about attending a future event instead, please contact the event office or email forum@stmarytx.edu to discuss available options. Thank you.

Existing sponsors may click on the Register page and then the Sponsor Event Registration button to provide the event names for each event to submit the names of those attending.

Not necessarily. Sponsor attendee names may be submitted later, closer to each event.  It is strongly encouraged to submit names at least two weeks in advance of each event in order to receive confirmation that each name is accurately correct and all the details are ready to go for each event and planned accordingly.

Yes, Sponsors may update attendee names as needed before each event.

Yes, free parking is currently available at The Witte Museum. Refer to the Schedule page for information and details for the selected Forum event based on updated program and hospitality information.

Accepted payment methods will be shown during checkout for applicable registrations and sponsorships. A payment plan is also available and setup in the system already.  If you require a different payment plan, please us at forum@stmarytx.edu . Thank you.

St. Mary's students and employees should register by going to the Register page and making the appropriate selections provided.

Yes. Students and employees of St. Mary's University may attend at no cost by visiting the Register page and selecting the "Students / STMU Employees" button.

High School Table Sponsor is a special giving opportunity that supports scholarships and enhanced learning experiences for Management majors in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track through the Forum.

The E&I Experience Fund provides support for business tours, special programming, mentoring opportunities, and enhanced learning experiences that help Emerging Entrepreneurs Program scholars in the Management with the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track connect classroom learning with real-world business exposure.

You may add a Friends of the Forum, High School Table Sponsor or E&I Experience Fund gift during your registration process. If selected as part of your registration, your additional sponsor engagement opportunities gift(s) should be included in your checkout total.
