A panel of accomplished business executives and community leaders will share pivotal moments when things didn’t go as planned—and what those experiences taught them about resilience, critical thinking, and adaptability. Between these “fail forward” stories, the moderator will pose real-world business scenarios that require on-the-spot decisions. Student volunteers will have the chance to step up, explain how they’d handle the challenge, and receive live feedback from the panel on what the likely results would be based on their personal experience in high-stakes situations.
